How Do I Collaborate?
Phase 1
We begin with a short email exchange to understand your goals, brand voice, and content needs.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over a customized offer that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing based on your goals and blog volume.
Phase 2
Once you approve the offer, I’ll send over the invoice and a simple onboarding form to gather key details.
You’ll also share access to any essential tools (like GSC, CMS if needed) and brand materials—tone guide, past blogs, FAQs, etc.
Your timeline officially begins once onboarding is complete and initial payment is received.
Phase 3
If included in your package, I’ll conduct keyword research aligned with your niche, products, and customer journey. Based on that, I can also share blog topic ideas or a content calendar for your approval (optional).
For every blog post, I’ll share a detailed outline before writing—so we’re 100% aligned on direction and structure.
Phase 4
I write each blog post to match your brand voice and SEO goals. You’ll receive the draft in a Google Doc with comments enabled. Two rounds of revisions is included.
If you’ve opted for CMS upload, I’ll also handle formatting, meta tags, internal links, and more.
